A roller coaster on top of the skyscraper hotel, world championship fights in series and hotels modeled after ancient Egypt, Venice or Paris are all part of the norm in Las Vegas. Here the American motto "Think Big" is implemented in all areas. In the Wedding Chapels you can hire an Elvis double as your registrar and experience the biggest stars on the stages of the casinos. Rather chilly from December to March, Las Vegas is also mild at night from April. From June onwards it can get hot again.

The Las Vegas Strip consists of the most expensive four hotel miles in the world, where the big casinos with their spectacular architecture have settled. On the canals in front of the Casino Venetian, for example, you can ride on original gondolas from the lagoon city. Every few meters, extravagant shopping malls lure you along the Strip, where the hottest designers and jewelers maintain their branches. In between, you'll find celebrities like Elvis and Jack Sparrow as wax figures at Madame Tussauds or the legendary House of Blues at Mandalay Bay Casino. For the best view of the gambling paradise, take a ride on the High Roller Ferris wheel.
The Bellagio Hotel fountain is undoubtedly one of the top attractions in the city and a visit should not be missed on any Las Vegas trip. On the approximately three-acre lake in front of the impressive building, a dancing fountain show is staged to rousing sounds that is unique. The Bellagio is one of the most famous hotel-casinos in Las Vegas and has been the backdrop for countless Hollywood productions such as Ocean's Eleven and Ocean's 13. Don't miss the hotel's own botanical garden with its unique floral splendour, extravagant works of art and skilfully used light shows.
It's easy to find the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, as an imposing replica of the Eiffel Tower stands in front of the hotel entrance, with an elegant restaurant at observation deck level. The Arc de Triomphe adorns the park. One of the most beautiful Parisian neighborhoods has been copied here, including a secluded marketplace, bistros, restaurants and inspiring bars. About a dozen casinos, a palatial spa and its own shopping mall await you in the hotel complex, just like Notre Dame in miniature as a Wedding Chapel.
The Fremont Street Experience forms a roof over five blocks of Fremont Street in Downtown. Every night, 12.5 million LEDs spectacularly illuminate the entertainment district, even the ceiling is a sea of flickering lights. Between hotels and clubs, shops with trendy vintage art or clothes invite you to browse. Daily live concerts as well as sporting events create an exciting atmosphere and first-class restaurants treat you to everything the culinary world has to offer - from sauerkraut with bratwurst to sushi and Argentine T-bone steak. If you want to watch the hustle and bustle from a different perspective, climb up to the Zipline SlotZilla. It will whiz you along the pedestrian zone of the Fremont Street Experience. An exciting highlight of your Las Vegas vacation! Less
